The challenge here was to create a friendly and international name for Qiwi's global payment terminals. The name had to feel easy to use, avoid banking clichés, and balancing approachability with financial credibility. It also needed to work in many countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Romania, the US, and parts of Latin America and Asia.
